Calendar
Hearings, consultations, meetings, task deadlines and approved leave on one calendar the whole firm can read.
The calendar is a view rather than a second place to enter things. A hearing is a matter event, a session is a consultation, a deadline is a task and an absence is approved leave. The calendar collects them, and editing one at source changes what the calendar shows.
Because lawyers already live in Outlook or Google, each person gets a private subscription link that shows their calendar there, and a link that has been shared by mistake can be replaced.
What appears on it
- Matter events including hearings and filing deadlines
- Scheduled consultations and meetings
- Task due dates, approved leave and the firm's holiday calendar
Subscribing
- A private subscription link for Outlook, Google or any calendar app that reads one
- Show-as handling per entry, so blocked time reads correctly to colleagues
