Client feedback
Structured feedback the firm can act on, gathered per matter and recorded against the individual staff involved.
Feedback is only useful if it attaches to something. Ratings here are recorded by category and against the specific staff who worked on the matter, which turns a general impression into a figure that can be read next to that person's other numbers at appraisal time.
Because it is tied to matter type, the firm can also see whether the problem is a person or a practice area.
Collection
- Submitted by the client from the portal, or recorded by staff
- Rated by category, with free text alongside
- Attributed to the individual staff members who worked on the matter
