Video calls
Hearing prep, client meetings and internal calls, started from the record they concern.
Calls start from where the work is rather than from a separate scheduling tool, so the record of who spoke to whom about what attaches to the matter automatically.
Outside counsel, experts and clients without accounts join through a guest link. The link belongs to the call and dies with it, guests type their own name, and somebody already in the call admits them. An old link in an old email opens nothing.
Starting a call
- Launched from a matter, a channel, a direct conversation or a scheduled meeting
- Audio and video, with participant roles
Guests
- One open guest link per call, which expires with the call
- Guests enter their own name and are admitted by someone already in the room
- Guest admissions written to the audit trail
